- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible Service. Have been with them for about a year and a half. Tried to switch my address on my renter's insurance when we moved, despite contacting him several times and with over a month's notice, he didn't change it even a month after we moved! We changed renter's insurance. Now recently with my auto, there's apparently a late balance (despite auto pay set-up), some sort of fee on my card, and don't have my correct address?! I've tried contacting them over the phone and through email but neither works! Please steer clear of his agent.June 11, 2017by Zachary Will
